There is an ongoing effort to make the payment process for membership as easy as possible but for the sake of thoroughness there are still steps to be taken to ensure that all financial dealings are kept record of for your benefit.

In order to start the reinstatement process, members must download and print "the background check" form directly from the MWPHGLTN website and submit it by mail with a $20.00 check or money order to he address listed on the form.

A reinstatement form must be filled out and returned to the WM, SW, JW, Secretary or Treasurer of Prince Hall Lodge No. 1. for documentation purposes.
